Sage is committed to improving the supply of affordable housing in the UK

We partner with house builders across the country to deliver social housing through Section 106 agreements and deliver new homes across all affordable tenures.

We plan to deliver 20,000 units over the next five years and become one of the UK’s major housing providers. Our funding means we can support a large number of small projects as well as large developments.

Sage Housing:

  • provides certainty and confidence to developers across England in respect of their s106 housing stock requirements, from small sites to hundreds of units
  • will move quickly and efficiently from initial offer to exchange
  • can partner with developers to deliver multi-scheme commitments for thousands of units

Sage is regulated by the Regulator for Social Housing and is currently working with many Local Authorities while we finalise s106 purchases with a range of local, regional and major developers across England.
