Acquisitions Analyst

Acquisitions

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree (e.g. finance, real estate etc.) or experience in the industry. You must have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to organise your own workload. Efficiency and accuracy are both very important in this role as you will often need to work to tight deadlines, while maintaining the high standards of work product expected from this team.

Acquisitions Associate

Acquisitions 

Take the lead on the investment appraisals, ensuring that schemes are appraised in line with current guidance. Continually update pipeline, review metrics and follow up on offers submitted. Provide support to the Senior Acquisitions Manager.

Application Support Analyst

Finance 

The role will support users from all departments in their daily use of the Qube & Aareon (post May) System and administer the system ensuring data and system integrity, whilst also being responsible for supporting the team to update the system database; ensuring all accounting and business requirements are gathered and quality controlled.

In-House Legal - Real Estate Solicitor

Legal

This is a varied role with emphasis on section 106 acquisitions, but will also involve financing, advising the management team on a range of issues and general support to the wider business. To be successful the candidate will be able to demonstrate that they work well within a team, but are also confident in taking on their own responsibilities whilst receiving supervision and training.

Investment Analyst

Finance 

This is new role in a team expanding with the business growing rapidly. Projects include review of bids for acquisition, preparing investment recommendation for the Board, business analysis, and producing and reviewing regular reports to stakeholders.

Investment Associate 

Finance 

This is new role in a team expanding with the business growing rapidly. Projects include producing and reviewing weekly and monthly reporting, ad-hoc business analysis and setup and integration of systems, and business processes.

Marketing Assistant

As Marketing Assistant, you will be part of a busy team who undertake a wide range of marketing activities to assist the Sales Team in selling the company’s portfolio of Shared Ownership (SO) homes as well as corporate marketing projects.

Performance Analyst

As the Performance Analyst, you will ensure that the organisation’s reporting and analysis are delivered to the highest quality and in support of the Performance and Compliance Manager and the Head of Planning and Performance. The role combines insight, planning, management reporting, forecasting, reforecasting, database structure development, and data & insight extraction.

Project Assistant – Delivery Team (North & Midlands)

Operations

The Delivery Team provide the link between the acquisitions team and the operations team and our main objective is to ensure we receive a smooth handover of high quality rented and shared ownership homes.

Property Compliance Analyst

Operations 

Responsible for coordinating and validating Sage’s landlord property compliance information and records for new builds and existing properties, analyse data to prepare statistical breakdown for reports, as well as providing administrative support for all property related activities to ensure we achieve our aim to be a first-class provider of affordable homes.

Property Compliance Officer

 Operations 

The Compliance Officers main role is to ensure properties have a full set of compliance certification in place so that they can the approve that properties are available to let. This will involve checking certificates for validity and remedying those validity issues with the supplier of the certificate or being able to escalate more technical enquires appropriately.

Regional Sales Manager

Sales 

We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for delivering all sales (shared ownership new build and open market sale) within their team in line with agreed targets. This role also has responsibility for developing joint sales and marketing strategies with the Marketing team for each development to maximise profits and speed of sales.

Senior Acquisitions Manager

Acquisitions 

To seek new opportunities and progress deals through to conclusion. Provide appropriate support and assistance to the Regional Director in building relationships and establishing Sage as the partner of choice for affordable housing delivery.

Senior Service Charge and Rents analyst

Homeowner Services Manager

You will be our in-house expert on service charges and rent setting, working as part of our experienced operations team to maximise Sage’s service charge and rental income. You will also work closely with the new Service Charge and Rents Accountant role in our Finance Team, to set up our processes to the highest level of compliance and accuracy.

Service Charge and Rents Analyst

Homeowner Services Manager

You will be responsible for setting service charges for new homes handing over from developers, including analysing any management company charges and identifying any additional services which need to be provided by Sage and estimating their cost. You will be responsible for producing clear and accurate service charge budgets, which are simple and easy for residents to understand.

Valuation Analyst

Acquisitions

We are looking for a Valuation Analyst to join our office-based team in Victoria, London. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months real estate experience, preferably in the residential sector. You must have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to organise your own workload. The individual must also have excellent communication skills.
